With sustainability and ESG emerging as key regulatory and strategic priorities across sectors, organizations are seeking professionals who can translate these imperatives into actionable outcomes.

This programme is designed to develop industry-ready professionals equipped to contribute meaningfully to organizational and societal transformation.

The full-time, on-campus, credit-based programme comprises 8 months of intensive classroom learning followed by a 3-month industry internship, offering a balanced blend of academic rigour and hands-on professional experience.

Curriculum Structure

Semester I - Foundations & Regulatory Landscape

Focuses on sustainability principles, environmental laws, pollution management, green technologies, and data fundamentals.

• Module 1: Principles of Sustainable Development & Strategic Issues
• Module 2: Environmental Law, Policy & Management Systems
• Module 3: Environmental Pollution, Control & Management
• Module 4: Data Management & Green Technology

Semester II - ESG Implementation & Industry Application

Focuses on ESG reporting frameworks, climate risk management, sustainable finance, and a mandatory three-month internship / industry project to ensure experiential learning.

• Module 5: ESG Reporting & Disclosure Frameworks
• Module 6: GHG Accounting & Climate Risk Management
• Module 7: Sustainable Finance & Green Investments
• Module 8: Internship / Industry Project Air & Noise Pollution Prevention & Control

Assessment Scheme:

Internal Assessment: 40%
End Semester Examination: 40%
Internship Evaluation: 20% (Viva + Report)
